Ugin Attavaisa

Ugin Attavaisa is a Cielcin Vayadan-General and commander of the Cielcin siege of Perfugium, serving the Prophet Dorayaica as a high commander under the title "general and slave, Finger of the White Hand of the Prophet." In the years since the Aetavanni conclave, it has been stripped of its status as an aeta prince and demoted to vayadan -- warrior-slave and concubine. Unlike the augmented commanders Vati and Hushansa, Attavaisa is wholly Cielcin with no machine modifications and communicates through MINOS rather than speaking human language directly.

At the Aetavanni, Attavaisa had presented Dorayaica with a gray stone Vaiartu tablet -- a partial atlas of worlds unknown to existing Cielcin records -- and helped maintain order before kneeling before the newly crowned Shiomu Elusha. Hadrian later connects this tablet to the Echidna hoard tablets, recognizing its significance in the Cielcin search for their gods.

During the siege of Perfugium, Attavaisa transmits two holograph ultimatums to the Imperial command post, the second demanding the Emperor kneel and calling Hadrian the "King of Rats." Hadrian uses his vision abilities to fracture the windows of Attavaisa's ship, and Attavaisa and its guards are ejected into space and killed. Attavaisa had ordered the attacks on the Imperial transport flights that kill Valka during the evacuation.
