Admiral Velkan Serpico

Velkan Serpico is a white-haired Jaddian elder who serves as Admiral of the remnant fleet of Mnemon. He wears the white-and-blue Jaddian uniform and a white mask.

Serpico commands from the captain's seat during the crisis aboard his ship, where he balks at both the dangerous option of burning to break free of Aurora's clamps and Hadrian's suggestion to jump to warp while still docked, which he considers a war crime. He ultimately defers to Prince Olorin and supports the jump. He also participates in the round table council alongside Prince Kaim and Azhar.
