Tor Numa

Tor Numa is the scholiast counselor to Governor-General Velan Dorr on Colchis, identifiable by his green scholiast robes and a necklace of bronze medallions marking his educational degrees. He attends the initial audience with Hadrian and Valka at Dorr's invitation, empowered to receive any information intended for the governor-general himself. During the debriefing and the subsequent three months of interrogations, he poses precise and probing questions, particularly regarding Valka's involvement at Akterumu.
