Admiral Serpico

Admiral Velkan Serpico is a senior Jaddian fleet officer who serves closely with Prince Kaim-Olorin. During the assault on Perfugium, he opposes Kaim personally leading the landing mission but is overruled, and commands the Jaddian fleet in the orbital assault. He later helps rally the Jaddian fleet at Tenba for the campaign at Gododdin.

At the evacuation of Catraeth, Serpico stands beside Kaim-Olorin and coordinates the logistics of the refugee airlift, reporting the fleet's carrying capacity of just over one hundred thousand refugees per trip -- sufficient for three hundred thirty-five thousand across three runs, with personnel transferred off the ships to maximize space.
