Svatarom

Svatarom is a Cielcin prisoner, formerly held in the Chantry bastille alongside Tanaran and others, where it confronted Hadrian over the imprisonment of their leader Uvanari. Described as vicious, Svatarom is among the eleven Cielcin captives transferred into Imperial custody. When Prince Aranata arrives for a first meeting, Svatarom prostrates itself with the other prisoners.
