Chancellor Ogir

Chancellor Ogir is a member of the colonial council on Emesh. She participates in deliberations over the Cielcin threat, raising procedural objections and questioning Hadrian's credentials and youth when he proposes to lead a mission himself. She is openly skeptical of his historical analogies, dismissing him as a walking literary cliche, and challenges the regularity of conscripting him given that Raine Smythe had previously pushed for his inquisition.
