Cade

Cade is a centurion under Pallino's command who dies during the assault on a Cielcin worldship in Demon in White. He led the unit assigned to destroy the vessel's warp drive fuel systems and gave his life to complete the mission.

Pinned down in the engine rooms with his century, Cade proposed and executed the plan to vent the worldship's antimatter supply. Udax confirms his success when a signal from the enemy ship indicates Cade made his move. In the aftermath, Otavia Corvo and Aristedes shell the section of the enemy ship where his century fell, destroying the Cielcin force that had killed them. Hadrian later counts Cade among the ghosts riding with him at the Imperial Triumph.
