Rugubur

The Rugubur is a Cielcin worldship. During the assault on Sabratha, it orbits Sabratha's moon, serving as the base of operations for the Cielcin forces attacking the planet.

The Rugubur orbits Sabratha's moon during the Cielcin assault on that world. Cielcin forces from the Rugubur raid the city of Williamtown, carrying off thousands of Sabrathans as meat, slaves, and sport. Following the death of the vayadan-general Muzugara, the Extrasolarian sorcerer Gaizka transmits his thoughtform back to the Rugubur. Ramanthanu states that Gaizka, referred to as the witch, ordered the Cielcin forces to flee. The Rugubur departs after the Cielcin defeat at Sabratha.

Gaizka is a Cielcin-allied Extrasolarian sorcerer whose thoughtform is transmitted to the Rugubur following the battle, and who orders the Cielcin retreat.
