Delian Miners' Guild

The Delian Miners' Guild maintains a chapter hall and offices in Meidua. A factionarius manages operations and accounts. The Guild tracks its finances separately from palatine financial oversight. Factionarii hold legal standing in contract matters but are structurally disadvantaged against palatine lords in any dispute of competing claims.

The Guild operates under constrained conditions: following the failed Consortium deal, it received only one refinery crawler and a couple of drills as partial compensation. Some shafts still operate with hand equipment rather than proper hazard suits. Adequate hazard suits with electron shielding cost approximately ten thousand marks per outfit, meaning 120,000 marks would be required to equip a dozen new crews.
