Tor Varro

Tor Varro is a Chalcenterite scholiast and one of Hadrian's principal advisors, having served since the Arae peace mission through campaigns on the Reach, years in Gabriel's Archive on Colchis, and the Imperial delegation to Padmurak. He is among the captured officers taken prisoner during the Padmurak crisis -- notable for appearing in officer's blacks rather than his customary Chalcenterite greens, the first time Hadrian has seen him out of scholiast attire. His expression remains as impassive as ever, described as empty of feeling, like his own monument.
