Tor Julian

Tor Julian is a scholiast of the Imperial Office stationed on Forum. She is an older woman with gray hair and pale complexion who carries herself with the composed, expressionless bearing characteristic of her order. She is dispatched to summon Hadrian to the holography well in the Presidium Amaranthine, escorting him by flier to the Campus Raphael before the Sun King's Hall and accompanying him as far as the lift before standing aside as he enters the holograph chamber.
