Tor Gall is a scholiast attached to the Emperor's medical team aboard the Aurora. He works alongside Doctor Vrabel at a transcription console that relays messages directly to the Emperor's brain via electrodes, and assists in managing the equipment and coordinating other aides during the Emperor's consultation with Hadrian.
