Sattha Kull Vhad Kvasir

Sattha Kull Vhad Kvasir, formally titled Utnamnavi Sattha Kull Vhad Kvasir, is the Grand Admiral of the Tavrosi fleet. Of Panthai extraction, he is bald and golden-skinned, his clan saylash tattoo on proud display, with a heavy horn piercing one stretched earlobe and eyes hard and black as jet.

At the Emperor's Council during the prior campaign, Kull demanded Imperial renunciation of the Taurus Wisp stars as the condition of Tavrosi cooperation, and was openly hostile to Hadrian, calling him anaryoch and blaming him for deaths on Edda. At Gododdin, he supports Hadrian's push to strike the Cielcin quickly at Fort Din.

Kull's friction with Hadrian persists into later war councils, where he mocks him as a yaksha -- a Tavrosi word for devil -- and blames his lateness for squandering their best preemptive opportunity. He also pointedly refuses to address Alexander with lordly deference, calling him merely "prince." Despite this antagonism, Kull is the first to volunteer his fleet for Hadrian's unsanctioned expedition to the Centaurus Arm, declaring he will go regardless of Imperial approval. He commands the Tavrosi fleet of white hedron ships from his flagship Hetophal.
