Lieutenant Jinan Azhar

Azhar is a Jaddian captain, cold-faced and mustachioed, commanding the vessel Mnemon. During a council on the surface, he is the only Jaddian captain to remain present in person, his holographic image appearing alongside that of Prince Kaim. Hadrian attempts to raise the Mnemon by communication after the council concludes.
