Kvaran

Kvaran is the captain of a Tavrosi contingent that travels with Hadrian's forces. He and his companions depart Demiurge with little ceremony, offering a synchronized salute before the tram doors close. Hadrian never sees them again, noting that the Tavrosi prefer isolation from the wider galaxy and pose no threat to either side in the broader conflict.
