Canton Kas

Canton Kas is a Martian Knight-Commander assigned to escort the Ascalon to Forum. He greets Hadrian on the landing pad at the Arx Caelestis, initially stunned to meet him in person, before immediately drawing a highmatter sword and attempting to place him under arrest on charges of assaulting the Imperial person, treason, and fleeing Imperial justice. He stands down only when Selene commands his silence. He is subsequently assigned to head Hadrian's security during his stay at the Arx Caelestis.
