Angbor

Angbor is a patrician logothete serving aboard the Troglita. He is assigned to escort Hadrian to a meeting with Friedrich Oberlin and attempts to confiscate Hadrian's wrist-terminal on security grounds, but backs down when Hadrian refuses to comply.
