Artemia

Artemia is a city on Delos, the seat of the vicereine-duchess Lady Elmira and the home of House Kephalos. It houses Lady Elmira's castle and her menagerie of lions, and serves as the personal base of Lady Liliana, who gravitates there toward her family and personal life. Lord Alistair has served as Lady Elmira's executor during her long absence at Forum and travels to Artemia to conduct matters of state, including a period during which he and the Marlowe grandmother are there together while Hadrian and Crispin attend the Colosso in his stead.
