Rells

The Rells are a street gang in Borosevo on Emesh, identified by white armbands worn on the left bicep. They have a fearsome reputation among the city's underclass — Cat goes pale at the mere mention of the name and calls anyone who provokes them crazy. When Hadrian attempted to steal from their lift-palette, he found them stronger and meaner than he expected; twelve of them beat him badly enough to fracture two of his ribs.
