Turan Achlae

Turan Achlae is one of the Triumvirs of Uhra and the chief representative of the Norman Alliance at the Emperor's Grand Council. A bellicose advocate for prioritizing the Cielcin threat over all other concerns, he storms out of the Council chamber when the Emperor reveals overtures to Extrasolarians, refusing to accept the Monarch of Latarra as a neighbor. His walkout takes the Republic of Uhra -- seven worlds -- with it.
