Sir Caedmon Brandt

Sir Caedmon Brandt is a local archon on Carteia whom Emperor William XXIII has appointed as Baron following the death of the previous baron in the Cielcin firestorm at Rothsmoor. He holds the barony of the Bennu region and is responsible for rebuilding the planet. Brandt presides over the groundbreaking of his baronial palace -- a construction projected to take eighty or more years -- and is among the local lords who require Imperial assistance to prepare the Bennu depot for the Seventeenth Fleet.
