Perun Veisi

Lord Perun Veisi is the Archon of Emesh's southern continent of Anshar and ruler of the city of Tolbaran, which serves as his seat. He is uncle-in-law to Sir Elomas Redgrave, and his family provides the squire Karthik Veisi to Elomas's service at the Calagah excavation camp. The Norman United Fellowship originally held the southern continent in a freehold before Imperial annexation; Veisi's governance represents the Imperial order that replaced that older arrangement. Hadrian stays at Veisi's castle at Springdeep during a sojourn prior to the Calagah expedition, during which he learns Emesh's pre-Imperial history from Valka and Sir Elomas.
