Orso

Orso is Sir Elomas Redgrave's offworld cook, originally from the distant world of Asherah. He is responsible for the nightly dinners at the Calagah dig camp, including dishes such as roasted whole fish with tomatoes and herbs and fresh bread rolls. He has the planetary broadcast playing in the kitchen when the announcement of a Cielcin attack at the Emesh heliopause comes through, making him among the first in the camp to hear the news.
