Lieutenant Pherrine

Juliana Pherrine is a lieutenant and bridge communications officer aboard the Tamerlane, serving under Hadrian Marlowe. She handles fleet coordination and delivers operational reports during battle, and is counted among Hadrian's officers at the Imperial Triumph.

Pherrine is killed at Akterumu when captive Red Company soldiers are forced into the front line of a Cielcin attack. Her fellow officer Koskinen dies defending her. Hadrian names her among those lost there.
