Inquisitor Gereon

Inquisitor Gereon is an agent of the Inquisition who serves under the Grand Inquisitor. Androgyn in appearance -- shaved-headed with deep green eyes -- he is precise and officious in manner. He is dispatched to administer the Question to Hadrian, a physiological examination using electrode tapes, telemetry, and an adrenaline injection designed to interrogate the body's involuntary responses and detect signs of daimonic possession. At the examination's conclusion he declares Hadrian human, adding pointedly that his carbon fiber arm makes him "rather, less than a man." He departs with his cathars immediately after and plays no further role.
