Dame Uma Sylvia is a knight-lictor at Devil's Rest, one of the lictors in Lord Alistair Marlowe's household guard. She stands watch at the main gate of the Great Keep and is among those accompanying Alistair on the platform during Gibson's public punishment, her lance held ready in defense of her lord.
