Camillus Elffire

Elffire is a Commander serving under Calen Harendotes during operations in the city of Vorgossos. He commands the majority of the forces present in the city and carries orders from Harendotes to leave none alive. After Hadrian kills Harendotes, he dispatches an envoy to inform Elffire of Harendotes's death, intending to allow Elffire's forces to continue their work against the planet.
