Bayara

Bayara is one of Princess Selene's handmaids aboard the Tamerlane. She has red hair -- shared with the royal children -- though she is of a lower palatine class, reminding Hadrian of Anaïs Mataro in social bearing. When Princes Philip and Ricard visit, Bayara volunteers the information that Hadrian was once a gladiator, revealing his past without prompting.
